The ll-janitor(1) program should check whether (a) there are messages that have not been sent to digest subscribers, and (b) sufficient time has elapsed since the previous digest. If this is the case, ll-janitor should cause a digest to be sent to the digest subscribers even though the size of the digest is not yet sufficient. |
